Prevent Overheating
Overheating makes your system slow. Avoid it. How? Turn off your system. Let it cool down for an hour or two. Do these things:
- Clean out the system board components; and
- Replace your CPU fan.

Set Supportive Screen Resolution
Make your screen resolution compatible and supportive. How? Type Resolution in Search Box of your Start Screen. Click Change the Screen Resolution from the results. It redirects you to Advanced Display Settings. Adjust it by using Resolution drop down box.
Repair Windows Image
Is your Windows image unserviceable? Repair it. Use the Windows Deployment Imaging and Servicing (WDIS). Here’s how WDIS repairs your Windows image:
- Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
- Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
- Dism /Image:C:\offline /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
- It scans the Windows Image for any corrupted file.
- It determines whether it can repair the image or not.
- Finally, it starts the repairing process depending on your scan results.
Fix Steam Cache
Encountering 0xc0000135 error while playing a Steam-based game? Clear up the cache contents. How? Sign in to your account and visit Steam Library. Use the Local Files tab in the game properties. Click Verify integrity of game cache.
