Rerun with administrative privileges
The error occurs when access to a certain Dynamic Link Library file is denied. Run the concerning program as administrator and then try again. Use the relevant checkbox under Compatibility tab in the Shortcut Properties dialog.
Switch User
Log-off the current session and log-in from the Administrator account. Contact your system administrator for Administrator account password.
Change Folder Security Settings
Go to the root directory containing Executable File of your application. To find the directory, use the Target textbox in the Shortcut tab of the Shortcut Properties window. Special pool, Pool tracking, Force IRQL checking, Deadlock detection, Security checks, Miscellaneous checks
Later, when drivers list appears on your screen after selecting the relevant option, sort it by the Provider. Excluding all Microsoft published drivers, check-up all Non-Microsoft items, and then proceed. You might have to restart your PC.
Run Compatibility Troubleshooter

Attempt Repairing Bad Sectors
